Always brilliant goes that extra mile
I have an elderly A6 Allroad 3.0TDI Auto which I love. For towing you can't beat them and I regularly tow a caravan and a horsebox, sometimes with two horses on board which approaches 2 tonnes. They are however very complex cars and following an incident when my wife spilled a fruit smoothie all over the MMI console, I have been using Mark to repair and service the car. Mark has sorted quite a few tricky issues on the car since then. They are very knowledgeable and prices very reasonable compared with an Audi main dealer. I always find them very pleasant to deal with and the car always gets a valet on completion! Highly recommended.
Dropped my Audi A6 to them this morning with Ad blue system fault. Picked the car back up this evening, it had been fully clean inside and out (wasn't expecting that) Worked carried out very reasonably priced warning light cleared on the drive home as I had been advised. First time at MT Motors and what a fantastic service. Put my car in for a service and received a call to advise my rear breaks needed doing as well. This was all completed on the same day and cost less than what I was quoted for on just a service at the main Audi dealer. Would highly recommend.
Service carried out efficiently as always, had a courtesy car which was really good as parts had to be ordered and came following day, car cleaned inside and out. Very pleased.
