Generally good customer service. Ordered a sofa for home delivery which was delayed by courier and we were not made aware. Eventually we had to cancel as it took too long. However JTF were very understanding and offered full refund
I was very impressed when I called ad the reserved a desk for my son. We collected it and spent three hours putting it together to find 17 screws missing. The insructions said 57 screws but there were only 40. I messgaged customer services who told me to pup back to the shop but as it was miles away I ordered the screws online paying extra. Now ready to construct the drawer we find the holes for it don't line up with the desk so still no drawer . Bit disappointing really.
Very good place to visit. There's not much they don't do and the prices are really competitive. Staff are very friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you. Got what we went for and quickly through the tills. Overall, a good shopping experience. Thanks
