Picked up my Z900RS today - loving it - bike is everything I thought it would be. Jordan Bikes did a great job with the part ex, gave me a fair price, sorted all the paperwork and made the whole process easy. I live about 60 mile from their store but hadn't dealt with them before so was cautious at first - no worries, once you get there you can see these guys know what they are doing. They have a good range of excellent quality stock - if you are thinking of changing bikes you need to pop along and see them. They have a huge window looking into the service bay and a detailed list of what each service includes and what you are getting for your money - I've not seen that before and I've been riding a long time. My new bike was absolutely mint, honestly I could not be happier. Thank you Jason.
Bought a Suzuki B-King in 2016 from Jordan Bikes, which was amazing but by 2017 my tastes had changed and I fancied a Harley. No problem, Jordan bikes gave me a really good price for the B-King and the deal was done. Picked up my Harley Street Bob SE in August and fell in love immediately. I can't thank Will, Nick and the team enough for making the transition so easy. I will definitely be going back there for stuff in the future. Can't see me changing the bike anytime soon as it's brilliant, but who knows. Jordans are not like most dealerships, they're honest, reliable and they care about the customer as this type of care turns into repeat business and recommendations. If only everywhere cared about customer satisfaction like this. Other dealers, take note, this is how it's done.
